Williams Club of Farnham July 2025

Mayor of Farnham, Cllr George Murray, joined the Strawberry Tea held by the Williams Club of Farnham at St Thomas-on-the Bourne on Wednesday 2 July.

The Williams Club for people with sight loss and visually impaired in the Farnham area enjoyed their annual strawberry tea at St Thomas-on-the Bourne. The food was delicious, and they were delighted to be joined by the Mayor of Farnham, Cllr George Murray, who was welcomed by the club chair, Jenny Colquhoun, and stayed throughout the 2 hour tea joining each of the tables to meet everyone and have a personal chat.

The Williams Club meets monthly, usually on the first Wednesday of the month between 2.00pm and 4.00pm often at the Baptist Church, Farnham. The entertainment is always followed by sumptuous teas that are kindly provided by assorted voluntary organisations. The Club has a full and exciting Calendar of Events for 2025 and beyond.
